Wonju Hanji Theme Park

Located in Wonju, Gangwon-do Province, the home of rainbow colored traditional hanji papers, the Wonju Hanji Theme Park offers a wide variety of options for any event. It features meeting rooms and spacious outdoor spaces that can accommodate large groups. Guests can meet, mingle and unwind in a lush paper mulberry forest. Here, you can learn everything about hanji including its origin and history, through exhibitions, education, activity programs, and the annual Hanji Festival.

Experience Program
WONJU HANJI THEME PARK provides visitors with unique experiences through various hands-on programs. "Hanji Making" program gives visitors a chance to make Korean traditional paper. Hanji experience participants can experience more than 10 hanji art activities, and the finished art works make great souvenirs. Special workshop programs can be arranged with rofessional hanji artists and instructors.
